Van Insurance

Social, domestic & Pleasure covers all drivers that are named on your certificate of insurance for normal day to day travelling which will include shopping, visiting family and friends etc.

If your vehicle use involves any sort of payment or income, i.e. plumber then you will need increased cover which would be carriage of own goods and SDP cover will no longer be sufficient.

Remember if you have a situation where you are involved in an incident and you do not have the correct class of use then your insurance policy could become invalid.

Within SDP use you can then make the decision to whether you insure the van comprehensive or just third party fire and theft. Comprehensive Cover ; this will cover you for damage for your car as well as any third party damage that you may have caused in an accident.

TPFT Cover; this will cover you for third party damage only including any fire and theft claims to your own vehicle. This will not cover you for any own damage claims or personal injury.
